ISHI ODAMTTEN FOUNDATION
The Ishi Odamtten Foundation is a registered nonprofit, completely volunteer organization in Ghana and the United States of America under IRC section 501(c) (3), EIN/tax ID number 47-5515822.
MISSION
Our mission is to help improve the lives and futures of the impoverished population of Ghana by providing access to basic healthcare, education assistance for children and young adults, housing for orphaned children, and startup funds for microbusinesses to help establish sustainable income for disadvantaged individuals.
Domestically, we also support the homeless in the state of Michigan with donations of food and other needed items to local shelters.
FUTURE
A main goal of our organization is to build an orphanage to care for homeless children in Ghana. We hope to begin construction of the main building in 2024 and ultimately add a school block and a small clinic to the property with the goal of implementing sustainable educational and health programs that will foster growth and an opportunity for a better life.
Ultimately, we also aspire to duplicate the free community health clinics and educational assistance program we have established in Ghana with partners in other countries with underserved populations.
